1. Introduction

By accessing this Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
2. Services
Booster28ads provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management
- Google Ads campaign management (Search, Shopping, P-Max, YouTube)
- Lead generation and landing page development
- E-commerce advertising strategy
- Analytics setup and conversion tracking (GA4, CAPI, Meta Pixel)
- Creative strategy and ad creative direction
- Free ad account audits
The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of services will be agreed upon between the Client and Booster28ads before any work commences.
3. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign setup and management
- Grant appropriate access to advertising accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ensure that products, services, or offers being advertised comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies
- Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes to avoid campaign delays
4. Ad Account Ownership
You retain full ownership of all advertising accounts at all times. Booster28ads operates as an authorized manager on your accounts. Upon termination of services, we will promptly remove our access upon request.
5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are outlined in individual proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Management fees are billed monthly in advance
- Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Late payments may result in pausing of campaigns until the balance is settled
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we use data-driven strategies and industry best practices, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to: return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), revenue targets, or lead volume. Digital advertising performance is influenced by market conditions, competition, seasonality, product-market fit, and platform algorithm changes — factors outside our control.
7. Contract Duration & Termination
Unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise:
- Services operate on a month-to-month basis
- Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle
- Upon termination, any fees for work already completed or in progress remain payable
- We will provide an orderly transition and remove our access from your accounts within 7 business days
8. Intellectual Property
- Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, branding, and materials you provide to us.
- Our Work: Ad copy, creative concepts, campaign structures, and strategies created by Booster28ads remain our intellectual property until all outstanding fees are paid in full, at which point they transfer to the Client.
- Website Content: All content on booster28ads.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of BORN ONLINE S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, campaign performance metrics, strategy documents, and client lists. This obligation survives termination of services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian and EU law:
- Booster28ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for losses caused by advertising platform policy changes, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or force majeure events
11. Use of Website
When using booster28ads.com, you agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our consent
- Interfere with the Website's security or proper functioning
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
