Some providers, in particular Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Hostinger states in its privacy policy that some of its servers are located outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on a valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient participates in the framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission, with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for information on these safeguards at info@booster28ads.com.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15); have it corrected (Art. 16); have it erased (Art. 17); restrict processing (Art. 18); data portability (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21); and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier processing (Art. 7(3)).
